1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InvoiceFlyer at invoiceflyer.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including users of the free tier and purchasers of lifetime access. Your continued use of the Service constitutes ongoing acceptance of any updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

InvoiceFlyer is a web-based tool that allows users to generate professional invoices with AI assistance and export them as PDF files. The Service operates as a static website — your invoice data is processed in your browser and is not stored on our servers.

The Service uses the following third-party technologies:

• Groq API — for AI-powered invoice content generation
• jsPDF — for client-side PDF generation
• Buy Me a Coffee — for optional voluntary support contributions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Free Use & Optional Support

Free tier

InvoiceFlyer is completely free to use with no limits. No account, no registration, and no payment is required to generate invoices or export PDFs. We do not impose usage caps or paywalls.

Buy Me a Coffee (optional)

If InvoiceFlyer saves you time and you'd like to support its development, you may optionally contribute via Gumroad at policyflyer.gumroad.com/l/tcaipt. This is entirely voluntary and does not unlock any additional features — the tool is already fully free.

Contributions via Buy Me a Coffee are processed by their platform and are subject to their terms. We do not issue refunds for voluntary contributions.

4. License & Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use InvoiceFlyer for the following purposes:

• Creating invoices for your own freelance work, small business, or professional services
• Exporting and sending invoices to your actual clients
• Using AI auto-fill to assist in writing invoice content

This license does not permit you to use InvoiceFlyer to generate invoices on behalf of third parties as a service, to resell generated invoices, or to use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use InvoiceFlyer to:

• Generate fraudulent, false, or deceptive invoices
• Create invoices for fictitious transactions or money laundering purposes
• Impersonate another business or individual
• Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to replicate the Service for commercial redistribution
• Use the AI generation feature to produce content that violates Groq's acceptable use policy
• Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international laws

We reserve the right to revoke access to the Service, including paid lifetime access, for violations of these Terms.

6. AI-Generated Content

The "Auto-fill with AI" feature uses a large language model (LLaMA 3.3 via Groq) to generate invoice content based on your input. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using it in invoices sent to clients. AI-generated line items, descriptions, prices, and payment terms are suggestions, not authoritative outputs.
• AI models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate content. We are not liable for any errors in AI-generated invoice content that you use without review.
• Any AI-generated content you include in an invoice is yours — you take responsibility for it once you export and send it.
• We do not review, store, or take responsibility for the prompts you send to the AI or the outputs generated.

7. Intellectual Property

The InvoiceFlyer website, its design, code, copy, and branding are owned by PolicyFlyer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

The invoices you create using InvoiceFlyer are entirely yours. We claim no ownership over the content of invoices you generate, the data you enter, or the PDFs you export.

8. Disclaimers

InvoiceFlyer is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation
• PDFs generated will be accepted by all clients, accounting systems, or legal jurisdictions
• The Service will meet your specific business or legal requirements

InvoiceFlyer is not a legal or accounting service. The invoices generated are tools to facilitate billing — they are not legally binding documents on their own. Consult a qualified accountant or lawyer for jurisdiction-specific invoicing requirements, tax obligations, or legal matters.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InvoiceFlyer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated invoice content
• Failed or delayed payments resulting from invoice issues
• Loss of invoice data due to browser clearing or device issues
• Service downtime or unavailability

In all cases, our total liability to you shall not exceed $0, as the Service is provided free of charge.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

If you wish to stop using the Service, you may simply stop visiting the site. Clear your browser's localStorage to remove any locally stored data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
